Starters

  Melon Ball Trio

Delicate, colourful hand cut balls of honeydew water and orange rash melon in a reduced sugar syrup and

drizzled with Grenadine.

  

Minestrone Soup

Hot with chunky vegetables and pasta, served with a warmed baguette and butter.

 

Ardennes Pate

The quintessential starter. A medium coarse pate served with toasted baguette, plum sauce and a salad

garnish.

 

Tiger Prawn Cocktail

A crispy mixed salad base infused with French dressing, followed by a layer of North Atlantic prawns in a

Tangy thousand island sauce, and garnished with meaty tiger prawns.

 

 

Main Courses

 Traditional Roast Turkey

Succulent slices of turkey served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, sage and onion stuffing balls and

"pigs in blankets". Accompanied with Brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower and honey roasted parsnips. And

don't forget the gravy!

 

Honey Roasted Gammon

Slices of unsmoked gammon, slowly oven roasted in honey and served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire

Puddings, sage and onion stuffing balls and "pigs in blankets". Accompanied with Brussel sprouts, carrots,

cauliflower and honey roasted parsnips. And don't forget the gravy!

 

Griddle Seared Salmon Supreme

Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon seared on a griddle plate and served with new potatoes and a crispy leaf salad,

infused with peppers, red onion and French dressing.

 

Caramelised Red Onion & Goat's Cheese Filo Tart

Layers of filo pastry with a sweet-savoury combination of red onion caramelised with balsamic vinegar, butter

and demerara sugar with French goat's cheese. Served with new potatoes and a crispy leaf salad, infused with

peppers, red onion and French dressing.

 

Dessert

Christmas pudding and Custard

A delicious blend of vine fruit, nuts, candied citrus flavours, spices and a dash of cider.

Baked Alaska

A light sponge coated with an orange liqueur flavoured raspberry sauce, topped with clotted cream ice cream

and enrobed in a sweet, fluffy meringue.

Fruit Salad

Apples. oranges, mixed grapes, melon and pineapple segmented and chilled, served with fresh cream.

Chocolate & Marmalade Pudding

A moist Seville orange marmalade pudding topped with a rich chocolate orange sauce.

 

 

After Dinner

A warmed traditional deep mince pie with coffee and mints.
